2018 H-D Support – Dynojet Power Vision continues to deliver!

If you haven’t been paying attention you may have missed out on the latest releases for Harley-Davidson motorcycles.  The Power Vision now fully supports the latest ECM calibrations that are found in the MY2018 bikes, as well as the updated software levels for MY2017 bikes.  You can bet this also includes the popular new Softail equipped with the Milwaukee 8 engine!

Use the Power Vision Update Client to get the latest firmware and tune database installed and enjoy the most powerful EFI tuning solution available.  As mentioned, the update will address MY2018 bikes including Touring, Softail, Sportster, and Street models.  We’ve made additions to the tune database that include calibrations for popular exhausts, intakes, and cams for Touring models…..see below.

Power Vision CX Release for Victory 2008 & Newer 106″ Models

Power Vision CX.

Your Victory motorcycle is now a flash away from unlocking the hidden power and torque that lurks within, all without adding extra devices or modules! The Power Vision CX interfaces with the ECU through the diagnostic connector and allows you to read the original tune (which can be restored), flash new tunes, view live data, and datalog. Dynojet tunes are available and have modified fueling, timing, rev limit, idle, and other changes to take advantage of the 106’s potential. Shops, tuners, and advanced users are enabled to further optimize Victory 106’s with the included Power Core software. This powerful software suite provides all the tools to perform custom tuning, view and analyze datalogs, and automate corrections using Tune Lab.

To us, Victory is and will always be a great motorcycle. A legend we have ridden and tested,  although Victory is closing their doors Dynojet will continue to support Victory riders with the best possible air/fuel performance tools. Legends never die, Victory isn’t dead.


How does the Power Vision CX benefit my Victory?

The Power Vision CX isn’t just a flash tuner, it is a complete toolkit for your ECM.

Stock Victory Motorcycles will realize increased power and torque throughout the entire operating range. Our tuning specialists focused on low, and mid-range grunt and the results are impressive. The combination of fuel and ignition advance changes are optimized for a stock, or stock with high-flow air cleaner. Your riding experience will be transformed with the Power Vision CX.

Modified Victory Motorcycles require more extensive tuning. The Power Vision CX affords the ability to use our pre-developed tunes for your specific combination, or you can visit a dyno tuner that can custom tune your Victory for optimal results. Until now, the only options for tuning your Victory were in-line devices that could only adjust fuel, and in some cases fuel and timing. Power Vision CX unlocks the potential of your Victory by adjusting the calibration inside the ECM, resulting in a higher level of control required for bikes with serious modifications.

As you can see the significant improvements are in the lower to mid range but still peak above your stock horsepower on a Stock 106″.

You can view logs in Dynojet’s Power Core Software WinPEP 8 DataCenter to see exactly what is happening on your vehicle to diagnose problems or fine tune your map. Power Vision CX allows you to capture multiple logs, up to 10 minutes each.

2012 David Mann Chopperfest

There was everything from custom Panheads to new Harley Touring bikes at this show.  Everybody was there to enjoy the show and remember the life of David Mann.

Jeff McCoy, from Motorcyle Machine in Santa Maria, CA, had his mobile dyno at the show. You could hear the sound of Harleys running on the dyno  from the other side of the show so I made sure I stopped by.

He had bikes lined up waiting to run on the dyno.

Overall, the show was great. The show is held at the Ventura County Fairgrounds which practically sits on the beach.

The weather was perfect, the live music was excellent and there was plenty of neat motorcycles to look at. If you have never been to the show, you should consider going to it next year.
